Appointments - Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment by telephone or email. Failure to do so may mean that you may be invoiced to cover costs of room hire and administration fees.
Payments are in cheque or cash. I do not have a card machine, but may be able to offer Paypal in the near future.
The number of sessions you need varies from person to person. Nail biting may take 2 - 3 sessions. Specific Phobias 4 - 5. Non specific phobias and everything else 8 - 12 sessions*. With weight loss, we work to losing 2lb per week and we look to a session every week until a stone has been achieved and then sessions will be spaced out until the required weight has been achieved.
A session lasts approximately 1 hour unless otherwise stated.
* No two people will take the same length of time due to background and circumstances.
